For our global shipping we use DHL and local postman. In Middle East, Aramex delivers your packages reliably. For further deliveries, we also use UPS or TNT.

Spain: Please note that our delivery service cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes!

Deliveries exceeding the maximum weight/size require shipment by specialist carriers.
In such cases, we will notify you of the additional costs involved as wells as the estimated delivery time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Customs
Funbravo.com will not be liable for packages refused or held by your respective Customs for delivery.

We request that you contact your respective Customs office about import regulations and restrictions prior to placing your order. Customs regulations vary by country and not knowing their regulations can result in high import duties, delay of delivery or your shipment being returned. When ordering from funbravo.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country that we ship to.

If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted product policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept the delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge and 20% of the value of the order (re-stocking fee), upon the receipt and inspection of the returned package. We will also subtract any other outside charges funbravo.com has incurred during shipping such as warehouse fees, return postage fees, quarantine fees, etc.

If the cost to return the package is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the package and there will be no refund for the order. If the package is seized by customs, there will be no refund processed for the order. You will be responsible for any shipping fees (including return shipping) incurred and/or billed to funbravo.com.

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address associated with your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company or gather additional information from you, to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps to prevent the fraudulent use of your credit card.

Lost Packages?

A lost package must be reported to funbravo.com within 45 days of the date of shipment confirmation. funbravo.com cannot be held liable for refund or replacement for more than one shipment, per calendar year (not to exceed a total value of $200).

For any order that is returned to funbravo.com, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, funbravo.com will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.
