A: All products are 100% QC before delivery, with two recycle charge-discharge test, approximately 20-30 hours.

Q6: What is the process before I get my merchandises?

A: After the order is placed, we will make Pre-production samples for you immediately and once you confirm the sample, we can arrange for the mass production as soon as possible, your goods will be 100% QC before delivered it by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT express or by sea.

Q7: What are the major payment term options available?

A: For small order, 100% prepaid. For regular order, 30% deposit, 70% balance once goods inspection passed before delivered. LC at signt is available for some customers which has their company fixed payment terms Or we can discuss other payment terms together.

Q8: What are the packing options for your products?

For small quantity order, usually we will provide existing standard neutral package. For regular order (above1K or 2K), package customized is available. Our factory Package design: Blister tray + window box or gift box, we will provide the package die line file for your package artwork design, or we can follow your design.

Q9: What is our quality warranty?

A: The quality warranty is 12 months. When you found defective products, please provide pictures or video to us. Our quality department will check If the defectives is in the quality warranty range, we will arrange replacements with next orders or refund the same value to you.

Q10: Can you print our own logo on the bluetooth headphones ?

A: Yes, we can customize your own lable/own logo, and we can ship to your Amazon warehouse directly. We have different kinds of printing, heat-pressing and screen printing, water transfer printing, IMD, IML, for your choice.

Q11: Does your factory have the R&D team?

A: Yes. We have the R&D team for the original and creative new designs. For the R&D team, it includes graphics designer, 3D designer, electronics engineer, hardware engineer, acoustic engineer, and more. In all, it is an excellent team of more than 10 experienced engineers.

Q12: Do you have any product design patent?

A: Yes. Most of the products from our factory are original and private designs, and for most of them, we applied the design patents. Personal fashion design, have more than 70 patents.

Q13:  What’s the minimum order quantity of your products?

A: Usually, for wireless models, the MOQ is 1000 pcs. For wired models, the MOQ is 3000 pcs. For small orders, we are focused on some hot models and existing options, the MOQ can be 3 or 5 pcs.

Q14: Do you accept small customized orders and provide drop shipping services?

A: Yes, while, this is for hot selling models only. The customized logo order can be like 5 pcs. For drop shipping services, please check with the sales team, we need to check the tariffs, and the logistic services and then get back to you accordingly.
